she has 18 years of experience in
HR Training & Development field.
She designs training & development solutions for many companies in different sectors and of various sizes; bridges between
the employee & management dialogue;
continues to raise awareness with about 400 trainings she has given so far.
She accompanies her clients on their journey of change as a Professional Coach.
while collecting stories with passion,
she searches the ways to share them with a calm effort.
She moved Exchange Station into the middle of tangerine orchard. Nowadays, she is
excited to host colorful workshops of unique names, each of whom is a master in their own field.
Aysun has a natural talent to reach people. She made me discover the tools to identify my talents which helped me to better understand my own behavior and to see beyond cultural biases. As a consequence, I now perform better as a manager and also as a person.
